If you dont want to do this for every task, maybe because you want to create many tasks on a specific workspace, you can select the desired workspace on the Filter-list, and then this workspace gets the default-workspace when adding new tasks (this is also true for RTM). The userlist is updated every time you select another workspace and synced during Producteev-sync. You can there also assign a task to someone you are sharing your workspace with. You can also create a new workspace from this list and assign it directly. If you then want to move a task to another workspace, you have open the taskeditpage, go to the addons-tab and then simply select another workspace from the list. You must have synced to your producteev-account at least once for Astrid to know about your existing workspaces and after you created/renamed/deleted a workspace on the producteev-site for Astrid to get the changes. You can move tasks within Astrid-Producteev from one workspace to another.
